Cancellation after Order Processed
Once an order has been processed (including packing and preparation for shipping), it is considered to have been started and cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the product, please follow our return policy.
Note: For packages not collected, a fee of SEK 499 will be charged to cover the costs of return shipping, handling and administrative fees.

Conditions for open purchase:
- The product must be in unopened original packaging and in new condition.
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not covered by open purchase.

Complaints and warranty
If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery or does not match what you ordered, you have the right to complain about the product.
Conditions for complaints:
- Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- In case of a complaint, please contact our customer service at support @ lillacykelbutiken.se and enter:
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Product images
If the complaint is approved:
- We are responsible for the shipping cost.
- You have the right to have the product replaced or refunded.
In case of an unapproved complaint:
- A fee will be charged for shipping and handling costs. (See return fee above)
- If you want the product sent to you again, a shipping fee of SEK 199 will be added for return shipping, shipping and administrative fees.
